If I could cook any meal...

If I could cook any meal for my family, I would make a dish that I barely learned how to make this past summer which is Pad Thai. First, I like to stay organized and gather all of the ingredients I will be using. In this case, I need medium-sized rice noodles, chili powder, lemon, peanuts, bean sprouts, fish sauce, tamarind juice, sugar, eggs, oil, green onion, and chicken breast. I measure all my ingredients and put them in chronological order. So first, you have to mix the fish sauce, tamarind juice, and sugar. You stir it on a skillet in a medium flame until it looks like a syrup. Meanwhile, you should put the noodles to soak in cold water for one hour. After an hour, drain the water from the noodles. Then, take out your wok and put some oil to heat. While that is happening, marinate your defrosted chicken with anything you want. Put your chicken in the oil and gently cook it and then remove it from the wok. Then put in your noodles along with a little bit of lemon juice. Stir it together. Insert the eggs on the wok and places all of the noodles on top until the eggs r cooked. Then toss it all around and mix in the bean sprouts, green onions, chicken breast, and chili powder. Mix until it is well incorporated and thoroughly cooked. Serve with fresh bean sprouts, peanuts, and a swueeze of lemon juice.
